Sistema.bio Training for SVE Staff: Building Capacity for Sustainable Energy Solutions
Solar Village Ethiopia (SVE), in collaboration with Sistema.bio, conducted a comprehensive capacity-building training program for its staff from October 13–17, 2025, at the SVE meeting room.
The training focused on enhancing both the business and technical competencies of the SVE team in relation to Sistema.bio’s innovative biogas technology. Key topics included marketing strategies, promotional and sales techniques, warehouse and logistics management, and technical aspects of system deployment.
This program was designed to strengthen the team’s ability to effectively engage communities, promote renewable energy adoption, and manage biogas system operations with efficiency and sustainability.
Following the training, the SVE team will begin implementing Sistema.bio installations with selected model farmers in Shaggar City. These demonstration sites will showcase the technology’s practical benefits, serving as references for broader community adoption and illustrating the tangible impact of renewable energy solutions in local contexts.
By investing in its people and promoting innovative technologies, Solar Village Ethiopia continues to advance its mission of fostering sustainable livelihoods and clean energy access across Ethiopia.
