Institutional-Level Sensitization Workshop in Addis Ababa

Following the successful Year One mid-term review and the approval of the Year Two implementation plan, Solar Village Ethiopia, in partnership with Oxfam International, convened an institutional-level sensitization workshop in Addis Ababa.

The workshop brought together 47 key stakeholders, including representatives from city administrations, financial institutions, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The objective was to align on project goals, strengthen institutional collaboration, and accelerate the implementation of climate-smart, solar-powered agricultural solutions.

This milestone marks an important step toward building a strong institutional framework that enables the scaling of sustainable food systems and climate-resilient livelihoods across Ethiopia.
