As a Project Field Coordinator at Solar Village, a leading solar equipment import company, Tesfaye plays a key role in implementing the P4G-funded project, Resilient Green-Based Business for Inclusive Access to a Healthy Diet. His mission is to empower smallholder farmers by facilitating access to innovative inputs, climate-smart technologies, and inclusive market opportunities.
He focuses on organizing Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs), promoting climate-smart agriculture practices, and integrating solar energy solutions to enhance sustainability and efficiency in agricultural operations.
