The solar village business model serves smallholder farmers by delivering reliable solar-powered productive use equipment like Solar water pumps, Solar dryers, cooling equipment, milk processing, incubators, etc. Solar Village believes in promoting and adapting renewable environmental and socially inclusive energy sources, with youth job creation, and also improving the livelihoods of its beneficiaries through encouraging the agriculture sector. Solar Village is also working on urban agricultural-related projects such as Urban farming, Vertical farming, Greenhouse, Drip and sprinkler irrigation system installation, Vermicompost preparation, Hydroponics, Fish ponding, and Vegetable seedling distribution.
